To use the anti-itch cream, Sean Conney recommends that you use it with the wash. It is great for "Sweet itch." People in Ireland sear by it. Use the wash to clean away all the crusty dirty gunk so that you are down to "clean skin." Apply the anti-itch cream 3 times a week for the first week then 2 times a week there after. Sean recommends prevention, use in Spring before you have the problem and then again in August.
